Return Policy

At R-pets, we strive to ensure that you and your pets are completely satisfied with your purchases. However, we understand that there may be occasions where a return is necessary. Please review our return policy below:

1. Dog and Cat Food Bag Returns

  • Dissatisfaction or Incompatibility: If your dog or cat did not like the food or if it did not fit their needs, you can return the dog or cat food bag within 3 days of receipt. Please note that the delivery charge for the return will be paid by the client.

2. Wrong Item Received

  • If R-pets sent the wrong item, we will cover the return and delivery charges. Please contact our customer service team immediately to arrange the return and replacement.

3. Customized Items

  • We do not offer returns for customized items. All sales of customized products are final.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. We will guide you through the process and provide any necessary instructions.
